PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A joint venture of Neal Communities and Medallion Home purchased 42 lots in the Harbour Walk community in The Inlets for $3.36 million.

The price equated to $80,000 per lot.

As part of the agreement, each homebuilder will receive 21 lots to develop.

The joint venture Inlets Management LLC as trustee of the Inlets Joint Venture Land Trust, mortgaged the property to Synovus Bank for $3.6 million.
