Bayshore Solutions buys Miss. firm

TAMPA —Bayshore Solutions has acquired the assets of CCF Consulting Inc., an Internet hosting business headquartered in Gulfport, Miss.

As part of the purchase, Chad Clarke, president and CEO of CCF Consulting Inc., will become an employee of Bayshore Solutions and will play a key role in expanding Bayshore Solutions cloud hosting infrastructure services.

Bayshore Solutions expects the purchase will increase its professional relationships, technology capabilities and the quality of its products and services.
