PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A trust, managed by Fort Worth, Texas, urologist Dr. Charles Bamberger, purchased the 16-unit 19th Street Circle Apartments for $1.04 million.

The price equated to $65,000 per unit. That figure is lower than the average price per unit for multifamily space ($70,803) in the Tampa Bay area, according to the CoStar Group.

Bamberger says the trust plans to clean up the property and install new roofs. He says the biggest attraction was the location.

The four-building, two-story apartment complex occupies a 0.91-acre site. Units range from a studio up to four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
