SARASOTA — Sarasota business owner Roxanne Joffe, who has founded three marketing and branding firms, will be the featured speaker at the Annual Women's Leadership conference in Tulsa, Okla.

The conference, hosted by the Oklahoma State University Center for Executive and Professional Development, is Wednesday. The focus, according to a release, is to teach “women entrepreneurs how to enhance leadership skills, develop career goals and continue personal growth.” Lou Kerr, founder and chair of the Oklahoma International Women's Forum and president and chair of the Kerr Foundation in Oklahoma City, invited Joffe to speak. Her presentation is entitled “A Toolkit for Balance.”

“Today's women leaders and entrepreneurs are increasingly wondering how to balance it all,” Joffe says in a statement. “I look forward to sharing my personal journey and how I've figured out my toolkit for balance.”

Joffe founded MagnifyGood and is president of Sarasota-based CAP Brand Marketing. She blogs about her cancer survivor experiences and women's leadership issues at roxannejoffe.com. She was also featured in the Business Observer's issue on executive diversions in January.
