PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Bonita Springs-based developer and homebuilder WCI Communities purchased 150 home lots within Rosedale, a master-planned golf course community for $11.61 million.

The price equated to $77,406 per lot.

WCI purchased 93 home sites from Newton Developments Inc., the developer of Rosedale, and an additional 57 home sites from M/I Homes. All of the lots were located within The Links at Rosedale.

WCI will begin construction on new homes in August, including two furnished models: the Key Largo and the Martinique.

The homebuilder plans to start sales of its Grand Villa home series in October.
