Correction

A story in the June 27 Business Observer on commercial space for sale in relation to a parking garage on State Street in downtown Sarasota had incomplete and inaccurate information.

There is only one commercial unit, called a condo in marketing materials, available for sale, which is 13,885 square feet. That condo will be on the ground floor of the State Street garage, and isn't for residential use. The 5,041-square-foot pad parcel on vacant land on Lemon Avenue and State Street, adjacent to the garage, is required to have ground floor retail. That pad parcel is being sold separately from the commercial condo. The price for that property is expected to start around $370,000.
