PLANS, DESCRIPTION:
Calvary Chapel Gulf Coast purchased the 19,920-square-foot former Three Oaks Conference Center for $1.85 million.

The price equated to $93 per square foot.

The church, formerly known as Calvary Chapel Naples, relocated to the building in 2010 and has been leasing it ever since. The 20-year-old building occupies a 5-acre parcel.

“As a church this is just a great facility for us with a large parking lot,” says Bill Mobley, senior pastor. “It's in a growth corridor in Estero. We draw from both Naples and Fort Myers, so its very centrally located.”

Mobley says the church has already retrofitted the building, but now that it owns the property it might make additional cosmetic changes.
