Shamrock Bank of Florida finishes merger with First National Bank
Naples-based TGR Financial Inc., the parent company of First National Bank of the Gulf Coast, announced the completion of the merger of Shamrock Bank of Florida into First National Bank.

First National Bank currently operates four banking locations in Collier County. This transaction expands the First National Bank franchise by two additional offices, one on Fifth Avenue South in Olde Naples and the other in the community of Ave Maria. The consolidated bank will report $880 million in total assets, $560 million in loans and $740 million in deposit relationships.

Colleen Kvetko, former president of Shamrock, has been named as president of private banking for First National Bank, and will be located at its Anchor Rode Drive office.

Fairfax Imaging, Lionbridge launch tax-return process venture
Lionbridge Technologies Inc. of Waltham, Mass., and Tampa-based Fairfax Imaging Inc. have introduced a software and services offering for state and municipal governments to improve tax processing.

The product integrates Fairfax Imaging's Quick Modules “Power of One” imaging product with Lionbridge's vcapture task management platform and data management services.

The system uses Fairfax Imaging's imaging product to scan the filing with image recognition software. Then the Lionbridge's vcapture platform is used to randomize the data into snippets, to protect personal data, and then transmits its data to Lionbridge Business Process Crowdsourcing data specialists to process the return.

Natura Therapeutics inks Kroger deal for 800 stores
Tampa Natura Therapeutics Inc. has announced it has reached an agreement with Kroger to carry Natura Therapeutics' NutraStem Cardio, NutraStem Active and NutraStem Bone & Joint products in many of its stores.

The dietary supplements will be available for purchase in 800 Kroger stores throughout Arizona, Indiana, Colorado, Tennessee and Washington State.
