DTZ, a global property services firm, has announced the appointment of Russ Sampson and John Esposito as senior vice presidents in its Tampa Bay office.

Sampson, a commercial real estate veteran of 35 years, joins DTZ after founding Sage Corporate Advisors, where he served as principal. Prior to launching Sage, he was an executive vice president and director of brokerage services at Colliers Arnold specializing in industrial and office business development throughout Florida's central, west coast and southwest markets. Aside from Colliers Arnold, Russ has held senior level positions for Insignia/ESG, Echelon, Studley and Cushman & Wakefield. In 2006, he was recognized by the ProLogis Corp. as “Broker of the Year.”

Before joining DTZ, Esposito served as corporate managing director of the Tampa and Miami offices of Studley, a position he had held since 2004. Previous to Studley, he served as a vice president with Carter & Associates.
