Prospect Real Estate, Rymer developing Palma Sola Bay Club

Orlando-based Prospect Real Estate Group and Sarasota's Rymer Cos. have announced plans to complete Bradenton's Palma Sola Bay Club condominium development. A month ago, the two developers purchased nine completed condominium units and vacant land at 3400 and 3410 W. 77th St., Bradenton for $5.7 million.

The companies are now moving forward to create 23 residential condominium buildings with a total of 201 new condominium units and associated amenities. The site work and infrastructure is nearly complete and the community already includes a 3,600-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool with outdoor kitchen. The development will also feature waterfront views overlooking Palma Sola Bay.

Palma Sola Bay Club's condominiums will range in size from 1,791 to 2,040 square feet and prices will start at $289,000.

Premier Sotheby's International Realty has been chosen as the exclusive sales representative for the project.

Palma Sola Bay Club is the third project in the Sarasota/Bradenton area for Rymer Cos., which was behind the Golden Gate Point condos and refurbishment of the Holiday Cove RV Park.
