SARASOTA — Sebring Software, a dental practice management firm with facilities in Florida and Arizona, reported $5.96 million in revenue for the first three quarters of 2013.
The company, based in Sarasota with a dental management office in Clearwater, manages more than 34 dental practices, including 31 in Florida and three in Arizona The list includes Orthodontic Specialists of Florida, which has offices all along the Gulf Coast. The firm was founded in 2012, soon after President and CEO Leif Andersen secured $66 million in capital from Wall Street investment bankers.
The company is publicly traded over the counter (symbol: SMXI). In addition to the revenue, the firm also reported in a release today that its EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) was $510,000 for the nine months that ended Sept. 30. The firm had no revenues or EBITDA in 2012.
“We are extremely pleased with the record consolidated operating results from our recent acquisitions as we continue to implement our growth strategy,” Andersen says in the statement. “Over the past year, we have made solid progress and are just at the early stages of a multiyear growth and consolidation strategy.”
