Community links expansion to 221 new homes

BRADENTON — Rosedale Golf & Country Club, a community in east Manatee County, has approved 221 new home sites.

The sites are in The Links section of the development, according to a release. The Links, on 237 acres, has a total of 445 single-family home sites, and more than half are sold or spoken for, the community says. Many of The Links sites in have premium water or preserve views.

Builders have already submitted 45 homes for permitting, including models and inventory. Builders approved for Rosedale include Rosedale Construction, M/I Homes, Ashton Woods Homes and John Cannon Homes, according to a release. Rosedale opened in 1993, a year earlier than nearby master-planned community Lakewood Ranch.
