Builder selected for retirement-care community

NAPLES — CC Devco Homes will develop and build 96 retirement homes on 16 acres in the upscale community of Grey Oaks.

The community, called Moorings Park at Grey Oaks, will include an assisted-living and memory care center for its residents. Prices of the homes were not disclosed.

CC Devco is “known for quality building throughout the state and has completed several outstanding projects here in Naples that are commensurate with the highest standards set by Moorings Park and Grey Oaks,” says Dan Lavender, Moorings Park's CEO.

Moorings Park is a continuing-care retirement community in Naples that provides assisted living and nursing care for seniors. It partnered with the Barron Collier Cos., developers of Grey Oaks, to create the new community.

CC Devco is part of the Codina-Carr Company, led by prominent South Florida developers Armando Codina and James Carr.
