Marco Island, Fort Myers law firms merge

MARCO ISLAND — Rhodes, Tucker & Garretson, a longtime Marco Island-based law firm, has merged with Phoenix, File & Pagidipati with offices in Fort Myers, Naples and Sanibel.

Rhodes, Tucker brings real estate, probate, estate planning and mediation practices to the corporate practice of Phoenix, File. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Rhodes Tucker will continue the tradition and long-standing reputation for excellence that Rhodes, Tucker & Garretson is known for, having served the Marco Island community for more than 36 years,” says Brenda Garretson, managing attorney for Rhodes, Tucker, in a statement.

“My partners, Jason File and Rahul Pagidipati, along with our top-notch team, are very excited about working with a preeminent staff to build on what Dusty Rhodes, Glen Tucker and Brenda Garretson have done for Marco Island and the legal community,” says Charles PT Phoenix, managing partner for the new Rhodes Tucker, in a statement announcing the merger.

The combined firm's name is Rhodes Tucker Garretson & Phoenix as of June 1.
