TAMPA — A Maine technology firm has acquired the engineering and market teams of Qoncert, the second-fastest growing Tampa Bay area firm on the 2012 Inc. 500.

With the acquisition, GreenPages-Logics One of Kittery, Maine, now has 90 certified Cisco engineers in the Southeast, says a news release.

“We're excited to welcome such a talented team to our organization," Ron Dupler, CEO of GreenPages-LogicsOne, says in the release.

Qoncert, founded in 2003, grew 1,755% between 2009 and 2011. The company, which specializes in reselling Cisco technology and services in addition to hardware and software sales, had $13.9 million in revenues in 2011, according to the Inc. 500.

GreenPages has offices in Kittery, Boston, New York City, Atlanta, and now Tampa. The acquisition strengthens GreenPages' position as a systems integration and cloud services firm.

Calls to Qoncert CEO Louis Rossi weren't returned prior to deadline. The purchase price wasn't disclosed in the news release.
