PLANS, DESCRIPTION: American Fork, Utah, company SKW Prep LLC purchased 235 vacant lots in Charlotte County for $989,700.

The price equated to $4,211 per lot.

Blair Poelman, the managing member of the purchase entity, did not reply to a request for comment on the purchase.

All of the lots were previously owned by Harborwood Realty Corp., which owned a total of 250 parcels in the county prior to the sale.
