TAMPA — Ian Fox, a veteran international executive, has been appointed senior vice president of international business development at Seven Seas Water Corp., a provider of large-scale water treatment services.

Fox has led the development of several major energy projects internationally, representing more than $8 billion of capital commitments, according to a news release. Before joining Seven Seas, he was managing director of business development at AES Corp. Earlier, Fox worked as vice president of business development for CLP Holdings of Hong Kong.

He has development experience in India, China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, and Turkey. Fox is a graduate of George Washington University and Pace University Law School and is admitted to practice law in New York.

Fox's experience in coordinating large international energy projects will help Seven Seas in its business development and growth, says Robert Dixon, CEO.
