Dental Equipment Liquidators relocating to Bachman warehouse

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Hudson-based Dental Equipment Liquidators Inc. purchased a 31,200-square-foot distribution manufacturing facility for $1.2 million.

The price equated to $38 per square foot.

The company, which buys, sells and refurbishes used dental equipment. “This takes older equipment that could easily go into the landfill and turns it back into totally useable equipment,” Leanne Brown, vice president of the Dental Equipment Liquidators. “Once it's refurbished, in many ways, these machines are much better than newer equipment.”

Brown says the company plans to relocate to the warehouse from a slightly smaller, 29,000-square-foot, leased location.

She says the firm expects to be in the new warehouse by March.

Dental Equipment Liquidators has 12 employees.
