It's getting warmer and that means less clothing. Less clothing is scary if the cold weather stole your gym motivation or if work kept you confined to your desk.

The Seattle-based startup EveryMove might just be the key to getting in shape in time to hit the beach. EveryMove allows users to track healthy activities to earn rewards.

Rewards range from a gift certificate to The Clymb, a website specializing in outdoor gear, to a donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation and are earned when a user reaches a certain point total.

See? Working out isn't all bad, you could get free money or help out children.

Points come from a diverse group of activities. Mowing the lawn is considered a workout (as long as you aren't riding on the mower I would think) as well as surfing, Wii Fit and the ever-popular running. Doing most physical activity will get you some points.

There are a few options for tracking your workout, you could always enter it the old-fashioned way into the website, or use one of many apps designed to track distance, time and even burgers burned.

The app Endomondo shows you how many burgers you've burned, trips around the world and trips to the moon. It's popular with runners, walkers, and cyclists and just partnered with EveryMove, according to GeekWire. Now, the 15 million distance-loving EveryMove users can track progress with Endomondo.

That could be you with your smart phone; I know you check your email with it at the dinner table (me too, it's OK.)

We've all read the reports on sedentary jobs leading to heart attacks and other health issues. A little technological incentive can go a long way to boost confidence, reduce stress and anxiety and prevent memory loss. All of which are important aspects of doing a good job at work.

What are some ways you stay healthy despite your work schedule?
