Florida real estate, eh?

Emboldened by a robust economy and relatively strong currency, real estate executives say Canadians have been active homebuyers in Southwest Florida lately.

Canadian media has caught onto this trend, too.

For example, two television stations, one radio station and a personal finance magazine in Canada recently interviewed Phil Wood, the president of John R. Wood Realtors in Naples, on this subject.

Together those interviews reached an estimated 1.7 million television viewers, 1.3 million radio listeners and 71,000 readers.
