Superior Architectural Solutions buys its Palmetto building, expanding

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Superior Architectural Solutions purchased a 12,612-square-foot flex building in North River Industrial Park for $868,000.

The price equated to $69 per square foot.

The 3-year-old building features two 6,200-square-foot condominium units, each with 900 square feet of office space.

Sam Erb of Harry E. Robbins Associates Inc. handled the transaction.

Superior Architectural Solutions was leasing one of the two units in the building and needed additional room, Erb says. The company will likely expand to occupy the entire building.

Superior Architectural Solutions did not return calls and emails for comment prior to deadline.

The buyer mortgaged the building to the former owner Mark Cahill Investments LLC for two loans totaling $788,000.
