Chief executives who tell employees why their presidential vote matters are getting grilled by bloggers.
Consider the latest victim: Arthur Allen, the founder and chief executive of the Naples technology firm ASG Software Solutions.
A motley assortment of self-appointed bloggers blasted Allen for suggesting in an email to his employees that a vote for Barack Obama threatens the future of the privately held company and its independence.
But Allen wasn't telling employees how to vote. He told them their vote has a consequence. Big difference.
