Search firm targets growth

BRADENTON — Advance Talent Solutions, one of the local leaders in staffing for government jobs, has launched a hospitality division.

The new unit will be called Hospitality Associates. It was founded to serve the growing hospitality market in Sarasota-Bradenton, according to a release. Hospitality Associates will focus on providing banquet and kitchen staff for events. The company, according to the release, will also identify “top talent for supervisory, management, and executive opportunities in any hospitality setting, from family-owned restaurants to large hotels.”

Advanced hired hospitality industry executive Rich Gulotta to head up Hospitality Associates. Gulotta previously worked for hotels in Chicago and California.
