Realty brokerages reunite

SARASOTA — A pair of prominent realty partnerships are rejoining forces after four years apart.

The firms coming back together are The Cail/Grande Group and Re/Max Alliance, according to a release. Longtime local agents Tom Cail and Jason Grande initially left Re/Max to work with Michael Saunders & Co.

Grande, a licensed Realtor since 1995, specializes in golf course and luxury waterfront properties. Cail, meanwhile, has been selling homes and property in the area since 1992, according to the release. He specializes in luxury waterfront homes, and says coming back to Re/Max offers the “freedom to run our business as we see fit.”

“We are thrilled to have Tom and Jason back with RE/MAX Alliance Group,” RE/MAX Alliance Group President and co-owner Peter Crowley says in the release. “They have a solid reputation in the real estate industry and are a well-known and respected team in the community.”

With more than 300 agents and staff, the Re/Max Alliance Group is one of the largest Re/Max branches in Florida.
