PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Dr. Daniel Bowen has purchased the Animal Clinic of Punta Gorda veterinary practice from Dr. Andrea Bivens. Bowen purchased the 3,580-square-foot building and associated land for $930,000.

The price equated to $260 per square foot.

The practice has four employees.

“It's been around for a while and is an excellent, well-run practice,” says Bowen. “I'm not planning to make any changes initially; we're going to keep things the way they've been here for a while until I see what may need to be changed. We just hope to continue the high quality of medicine that Dr. Bivens has practiced and to continue to support her patients.”

The purchase entity Left Coast Enterprises PA mortgaged the real estate to Live Oak Banking Co. for $975,000.
