BOCA GRANDE — The family behind Anheuser-Busch Cos. Inc. now owns a home on Boca Grande.

St. Louis-based Busch Real Estate LLC purchased a gulf-front family compound of buildings at 3561 Shore Lane, Boca Grande, from the Brian J. Kelly 1998 Revocable Trust for $9.4 million.

The registered agent for Busch Real Estate LLC is Steven Busch, son of former Anheuser-Busch chairman August Anheuser Busch III. Steven Busch currently owns St. Peters, Mo.-based beer wholesaler Krey Distributing Co.

The beachfront property includes a main building with four suites, four-and-two-half bathrooms and a two-suite guesthouse with a swimming pool, according to its MLS listing.

The property also features several decks, a family room, an elevator, and a theatre room, in addition to a three-car garage and a back up generator system. The property was built in 2003 and is 21,981 square feet, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser.

Busch did not return a call for comment prior to deadline.
