Key Solutions to go commercial

SARASOTA — Key Solutions Real Estate Group has hired broker Lawrence D. Richards to head its new commercial real estate division, the company announced in a news release.

Richards came from Keller Williams, where he was director of its commercial division, and Sperry Van Ness Blackpoint Realty, where he was a senior adviser specializing in the sale and leasing of land, retail and office property, as well as tenant representation.

Richards has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Florida CCIM chapter, the Sarasota Association of Realtors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, a release says.

Key Solutions Real Estate Group opened in February on Siesta Key.
