CAPE CORAL — The city of Cape Coral's Economic Development Office says it plans to alert commercial real estate brokers about opportunities to show their properties to site selectors and real estate investors.

Requests to lease or buy commercial properties will be posted on the economic development office's website and sent out in a periodic email to registered users.

“Cape Coral has an incredible inventory of contemporary office, industrial and mixed-use facilities for extremely reasonable prices,” Dana Brunett, director of Cape Coral economic development, says in a news release. “Our office is prepared to offer customized incentives to partner with qualified businesses looking to relocate or expand here.”

You can sign up for property notifications by signing up on the commercial property portal page of the website under the “site selection” tab.
