NAPLES — Colonial Square Management Group will serve as the new manager of Naples Bay Yacht Stowage, the company announced in a news release.

In its new duties, Colonial Square will take care of on-site management of the 177 dry-slip marina, as well as accounting and overseeing the leasing of dock spaces for the Naples boat condominium.

Colonial Square, which operates primarily in the Fort Myers/Naples area, manages 34 other commercial condominium associations in Southwest Florida. In the release, the company says it's working on the transition of two additional marina management deals.

“This management assignment adds to our portfolio of marina management and allows us to greatly expand our reach into the marina community up and down the west coast of Florida,” Bob Reynolds, operations director for Colonial Square Management Group says in the release.
