NAPLES — Arrow Environmental Services, a Sarasota-based pest control and lawn care firm, has continued its two-year run of acquisitions with the purchase of The Pest Terminator of Naples.

Terms of the deal, completed late last month, weren't disclosed. The firm had two employees, according to a release. “Arrow's commitment to quality service is a good fit with our philosophy,” Mac Williams, former president of The Pest Terminator of Naples, says in a release. “We expect that our customers will be very pleased with their relationship with Arrow going forward.”

The acquisition is Arrow's sixth since last summer, according to the release. Arrow has now bought 10 pest control businesses since 2010, firms with combined annual revenues of more than $4 million. Arrow now projects it will have $10 million in annual sales in 2012.

“We are committed to keeping the quality of our service high as we continue to grow,” Arrow Chairman George Pickhardt says in a release. “Our goal is to purchase companies that have a deep commitment to their customers, and Pest Terminator is an example of that.”
