Fitness center acquired

NAPLES — Naples Family Fitness LLC has acquired the Lifestyle Family Fitness gym on Vanderbilt Beach Road in Naples. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Naples-based investment group says it doesn't plan any changes for the 31,000-square-foot gym. It currently has 4,500 members.

Earlier this month, St. Petersburg-based Lifestyle Family Fitness agreed to sell 33 Florida locations to LA Fitness, one of the country's largest chains of fitness centers with 500 locations.

The gym is located at 2349 Vanderbilt Beach Road, near an LA Fitness facility. Naples Family Fitness lists Thomas Conroy III and Bonnie Inman as the firm's managers.
