PROPERTY: 3811 and 3813 Airport Pulling Road N., Naples

PRICE: $1.5 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $290,000, October 1995

LAW FIRM ON DEED: Coleman Yovanovich & Koester PA, Naples

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Antonio and Janet Calvi of Conn. purchased the 9,463-square-foot Airport Professional Center office building for $1.5 million.

The price equated to $159 per square foot.

The 3-year-old property was sold as an investment. The real estate research firm CoStar Group reports that it was 100% leased as of the firm's last review.
