Realty firm swells

LAKEWOOD RANCH — Agent Trust Realty, with offices in Tampa and Hernando County, has expanded to east Manatee County, where it now has a branch in Lakewood Ranch.

Agent Trust is expanding at an opportune time: Lakewood Ranch, a large master-planned community, has reported brisk homes sales over the last six months. The firm also has offices in Miami and Orlando.

The Lakewood Ranch Agent Trust office will include a branch of E Loans Mortgage, a firm based in Spring Hill, in Hernando County. The mortgage firm has clients statewide, and works in concert with Agent Trust brokers, according to a release.
