Another new brokerage in Naples

ESTERO -- The team of real estate brokers responsible for sales at West Bay Beach & Golf Club has unified to create a new full-service real estate firm in Southwest Florida.

WB Realty will be headquartered in Estero, and led by Managing Broker Steve Zorn, who claims 17 years of industry experience. “Now is the best time for us to develop WB Realty, with new ideas and approaches to real estate brokerage services,” Zorn says in a statement.

The team at WB Realty generated more than $60 million in sales over the past two years, the statement says.

Beyond its work with the West Bay Beach & Golf Club, WB Realty sells properties in a number of other South Florida communities, including The Reserve at Estero, Bonita Bay West, and Pelican Sound Golf & River Club.
