PLANS, DESCRIPTION: San Diego, Calif.-based Pacifica Cos. purchased the 212-unit Mira Lagos Apartments on 34th Ave. Drive for $7.3 million.

The price equated to $34,434 per unit.

The gated community features a swimming pool and sundeck, basketball court, playground and lake.

Calls to the Pacifica Cos. for comment were not returned prior to deadline.

Pacifica Cos. is a real estate developer, owner, investor and investment manager. Along with owning and operating a variety of commercial and residential properties, the firm also buys real estate-backed debt. In the multifamily arena it owns thousands of units on both U.S. coasts.
