PRICE: $4 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $6.32 million, November 2000

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Politis Properties purchased the two-building Carrollwood Crossings office development for $4 million.

The price equated to $47 per square foot.

Both of the two-story atrium-style office buildings were built in 1986 and feature 42,931 square feet of space. The new ownership already owns a similar adjacent office building. At the time of the sale, the Class B buildings were 75% occupied principally by smaller sales and service tenants.

The buildings sit on 6.58 acres bordering Gunn Highway.
