SELLER: Jadoun Inc.

PROPERTY: 1940 U.S. 19, Holiday

PRICE: $915,000

PREVIOUS PRICE: $329,000, April 2003

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Sumtibhai Patel of West Palm Beach purchased a 1,400-square-foot Mobile gas station for $915,000.

The price equated to $654 per square foot.

The gas station occupies a 0.5-acre site at the corner of U.S. 19 and Mile Stretch Drive/County Highway 595 in Holiday.

Gus Jadoun of Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL represented the seller.

“The buyer owns a number of Dunkin' Donuts properties on the other coast, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach,” says Jadoun. “He and his son-in-law were planning to buy some gas stations on the west coast. This is their first transaction.”
