SARASOTA — Clockwork Home Services, which oversees three franchise divisions, has named two new top executives to lead a nationwide expansion.

Mark Baker, who previously led the national franchise division at Re/Max real estate, is now franchise president at Clockwork, while David Kozak is the company's new marketing director, according to a release. Kozak was previously director of field marketing for the Dunkin' Donuts franchise system, and before that he ran marketing for Burger King's Midwest and western regions. Kozak was also an owner and operator of one of the first Papa Murphy's Pizza locations in the Chicago area.

“Mark and David are great additions to the Clockwork Home Services team,” Clockwork President Scott Boose says in a release. “Both are incredibly talented with a proven track record of results.”

Sarasota-based Clockwork operates three home services brands throughout North America: Mister Sparky electrician services, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. A subsidiary of Toronto-based Direct Energy and London-based Centrica plc, the company serves more than 3 million homes.
