SELLER: Regal Properties of Tampa

PROPERTY: 6502 S. 78th St., Riverview

PRICE: $1 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $750,000, December 2005

TITLE FIRM ON DEED: Total Home Title LLC, Tampa

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Jacksonville-based Braddock Metallurgical Inc. purchased a 26,250-square-foot prefabricated metal building in Riverview for $1 million.

The price equated to $38 per square foot.

The company says it is still evaluating the building and its future plans for it.

Established in 1953 by William Braddock, the metal-treatment company is now run by his sons Bill and Steve Braddock. Along with its Jacksonville office, the company has an existing Riverview location at 8322 Eagle Palm Drive and others in Bridgewater, N.J.; Atlanta; Daytona Beach; Boynton Beach and Bayamon, Puerto Rico.

The purchase entity Tampa Plant LLC mortgaged the property to TD Bank NA for $928,000.
