Sing me a tune

Chamber music has a new meaning, at least in Fort Myers.

The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce recently announced plans for its first annual Chamber Sing Off Aug. 30.

The Sing Off will take place at the Edison, a restaurant and bar on McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers.

And, no, this is not a karaoke drinking game.

A panel of judges will pick the winners based on voice quality, stage demeanor and audience feedback. The winner will get bragging rights.
