Brokerage expands to Sarasota

FORT MYERS — Real estate brokerage Land Solutions recently announced it has expanded by opening an office in Sarasota.

The Fort Myers-based brokerage firm says it plans to offer services to its clients in both Sarasota and Manatee counties from the new office.

Land Solutions has brokered some notable land transactions for homebuilders and developers. The Lee County Homebuilders Association named the firm commercial broker of the year in 2011.

David Truxton, sales and project investigation associate at Land Solutions, will lead the new Sarasota office in the Eastgate Executive Centre at 5500 Bee Ridge Road.
