Tatar joins First Titan as VP

BRADENTON — First Titan Corp. named Bob Tatar head of First Titan Technical, the electronics designer's newest subsidiary, a company statement says.

First Titan Technical will focus on the design and distribution of electronics accessories for industrial vehicles. The Bradenton firm's newest subsidiary was created a week ago, in an effort led by new CEO Robert Federowicz. Federowicz says Tatar's 30 years of experience in the aftermarket electronics industry will help the young company increase sales.

Federowicz joined First Titan on Sept. 13, roughly one week after being replaced by designer Rachel Stark-Cappelli as CEO of Sarasota-based Obscene Jeans Corp.
