Villas in Tampa sell for $3M

TAMPA — A private real estate investor in California bought the Villas at Legends Field Apartments in Tampa for $3.35 million.

Franklin Street Real Estate Services brokered the deal between the California buyer and the seller, another private investor based in south Florida.

Villas is a 78-unit apartment complex located at 6059 N. Church Ave. in Tampa. Situated on two separate parcels of land occupying 4.07 acres, the complex offers a business center, pool, private patios, and valet trash service.
