SELLER: National Retail Properties Inc.

PROPERTY: 13170 S. Cleveland Ave., Fort Myers

PRICE: $6.3 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $14.54 million, November 1997 (multiple parcels)

LAW FIRM ON DEED: National Retail Properties Inc., Orlando

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Robb & Stucky International Inc. purchased the 76,783-square-foot Robb & Stucky store building in Fort Myers for $6.3 million.

The price equated to $82 per square foot.

Earlier this year, Robb & Stucky International, a company created by Samson Holding Ltd. CEO Samuel Kuo and his family, purchased the name and other intellectual assets of bankrupt high-end furniture retailer Robb & Stucky.

The Chinese-based Samson Holding is one of the largest wholesalers of furniture in the United States. Its brands include Universal Furniture, Legacy Classic Furniture, Craftmaster Furniture, Pennsylvania House, Samson International, and licensing programs for Better Homes & Gardens, Paula Deen and Encore Home Designs.

The group recently appointed Steven Lush, the vice president of sales for the eastern United States for Universal Furniture, president of Robb & Stucky International.

John Mounce of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller, National Retail Properties Inc.
