PLANS, DESCRIPTION: A Prudential Property Investment Separate Account (PRISA) purchased three Publix-anchored Lee County shopping centers for a total of $26.9 million.
The three properties include: the 78,662-square-foot Summerlin Crossings, 68,711-square-foot Shoppes at North Cape and the 87,917-square-foot Santa Barbara Center. Ezon Inc. of Naples previously owned all of the properties.
PRISAs are investor groups directed and managed by Prudential Real Estate Investors.
Built in 2001, the 11.5-acre Summerlin Crossings features a 43,600-square-foot Publix and several other smaller retail tenants. The 4-year-old Shoppes at North Cape contains a 46,031-square-foot Publix. The oldest property of the three, the Santa Barbara Center, was built in 1993 and features a 56,000-square-foot Publix and a 5,000-square-foot Rib City Grill, according to the CoStar Group.
