Iowa's TWC Services buys Lynmar building

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Des Moines, Iowa-based TWC Services Inc. purchased a 12,380-square-foot industrial building for $849,460.

The price equated to $69 per square-foot

The 11-year-old prefabricated metal warehouse building features 2,400 square feet of office space. The property also includes space to construct an 8,000-square-foot addition to the existing building.

TWC Services, a national HVAC contractor, did not reply to a request for comment.

The company, which has five offices in Florida, already has a Tampa location at 5553 W. Waters Ave., Suite 311.
