PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Baltimore firm Lambardar Inc. purchased the 17,104-square-foot main medical facility of Advanced Imaging of Port Charlotte and its secondary 1,519-square-foot office building for $4 million. The price equated to $215 per square foot.

Calls to Advanced Imaging were not returned prior to deadline.

Marketing materials indicate the larger building features 11 exam rooms, three doctor offices, a lobby and waiting room.
