Cash and free rent in Charlotte County

Are you an entrepreneur who needs free rent for two years and some cash to start your company?

To attract startup companies to Charlotte County, the Enterprise Charlotte Economic Council is sponsoring a contest to find the best innovative product or service.

The winner will receive $7,000 in cash, $20,000 of “in-kind” services and two years of free rent in a Charlotte County building. The second-place winner will receive $5,000 in cash and $9,000 worth in-kind services and third place will receive $3,000 in cash and $6,000 worth of in-kind services. Second and third place winners also get two years of free rent. To claim the prizes, the company must start in or relocate to Charlotte County.
