PLANS, DESCRIPTION: Potter Performance Engines Inc. purchased a 11,340-square-foot warehouse distribution building in Centre Park Industrial for $725,000.

The price equated to $64 per square foot.

The company, which has been sharing space with its sister company Potter Super Cars Inc. on 59th Avenue Drive East, builds performance marine engines. Both companies are owned and operated by Ron and Liz Potter.

Calls to Potter Performance Engines were not returned prior to publication.

According to former owner T.J. Richardson, the metal building features heavy electric service, several large overhead doors, and a steel-reinforced heavy-duty concrete foundation.

The buyer mortgaged the property to the former owner for $616,250 and to Robert Christie in two loans totaling $200,000.
