Kulbick is CompCare president

TAMPA -- Comprehensive Care Corp. (symbol: CHCR) made Robert Kulbick its newest president this week.

Prior to joining CompCare, Kulbick was president of ProCare Rx Inc., a prescription drug benefit management firm headquartered in South Carolina. Before that, he served as chief marketing officer for Cypress Care Inc., a Georgia-based workers' compensation management firm that was acquired by Dallas-based Brazos Private Equity Partners LLC in 2007.

Headquartered in Tampa, CompCare provides behavioral health, substance abuse and psychotropic pharmacy management services for managed care companies. The company reported $10.4 million in net losses in 2010, despite growing revenues by 148% to $35.2 million.
